Christy’s passion for nature-based programming began in college where she earned a degree in Wilderness Recreation Leadership.
She began working in the outdoor field as a backcountry ranger in Upstate New York and gained experience in search and rescue, emergency systems, and risk management. She started working in therapy in the early 2000s in the field and eventually found herself drawn to the administrative side.
Over the years, she has held several operational roles in various nature-based therapy programs and brings valuable experience to her role as Operation Director at Momentum.
